Full-Time Adult Outpatient PMHNPs in Troy, NY

Our facility is seeking full-time outpatient PMHNPs to supply care in the surrounding areas of Troy, NY.

Setting: Outpatient

Hours: Standard Business Hours, 8am-5pm

Schedule: Monday - Friday. (Flexible on days/hours)

• Option 1: 10 hour shifts, 4 days/week
• Option 2: 8 hour shifts, 5 days/week

Assignment Type: Perm Only

BC/BE Requirements: Board Certified or Board Eligible

OTHER REQUIREMENTS:

• At least 1 year of experience as a PMHNP
• NYS licensure 
• EMR experience
• Ability to type on a laptop/computer

Details: 

Patients/Day: 12 patients

Evals: 45-60 minutes

Follow Ups: 20-30 minutes
