Our facility is seeking outpatient PMHNPS to supply care in the surrounding areas of Queensbury and Plattsburgh, NY. 

Setting: Outpatient

Patient Population Ages: 4-104

Hours Needed: Full time, 40 hours

Assignment Type: Permanent 


  • Provider must be board certified                    


Patients/Day: 8-10

Med Checks: 30 minutes

Evals: 1 hour adult intakes; 90 minute for children

Call Expectation: No call expectations
